Severe anxiety disorder tips

There are a lot of different programs and techniques to help lessen and cope with your severe anxiety disorder. However a key element that many anxiety sufferers miss is that unless you really want to change and are 100% dedicated to making the change happen you won’t see any definite results.

The first step is to decide once and for all that you won’t accept your anxiety disorder anymore and that you are ready to change. Remember that the word decision actually means “to cut off”, cut off all other options and the possibility of failure. Remember, with the right mindset anything is possible; just take a look at my example or Dr linden’s example.

The next tip is to focus on solving your problem instead of constantly thinking about all the problems your severe anxiety disorder is causing you. Severe anxiety disorder is very tough to deal with and focusing on the solution instead of the problem is something that can really help you and keep you motivated during the hard times.

The third tip to fight against your severe anxiety disorder is to change the focus of your brain. Start doing several activities a week so you have something that keeps you running and something to focus on instead of your severe anxiety disorder. Some of the best things you can do to remove your focus from your severe anxiety disorder is exercising and using your body.

Just remember, make the decision that you want to change and take massive action on making it happen. Find a mentor that can help you, someone who has been in your situation and changed and is willing to guide you.

Linden Method Guarantee

When I purchased the linden method back in the day it was just the program and nothing else. It still was more than I needed because I was simply determined to change at the time. As you might know from following this site I overcame my severe anxiety disorder and have been anxiety free for a couple of years now.

I still visit my old anxiety group and was talking to one of the guys there and he was telling me about how the linden method also offers ongoing support these days. I checked it out and he was right, they actually offer support for as long as you need it to ensure that you succeed in overcoming your severe anxiety disorder. If you ever go for the linden method you should really take advantage of this ongoing support as you will basically earn back your money’s worth within 1-2 weeks and guarantee yourself that you will overcome your severe anxiety disorder.

I checked around the internet and found this video with Dr Linden himself where he refers to their outstanding proven success rate and why they are willing to give you a very unique guarantee.

Remeber that Dr Charles Linden himself used to suffer from extremely severe anxiety disorder and I really think he has a great point in questioning why therapists don't offer a guarantee. Maybe they simply don't have the necessary belief in their methods?

Severe Anxiety Disorder Coping

We all know that anxiety can sometimes take a life of its own and when it does we can feel it immediately. Some of us can’t sleep properly, some can’t eat if there life depended on it and the severe anxiety disorder might even give heart palpations and cold sweat.  It is like you have a machine inside you with the sole goal of worrying and questioning every single action you want to perform.

A lot of times when you suffer from a severe anxiety disorder it is easier just to procrastinate and not do the things you are supposed to, simply because you are so nervous that something might happen while doing them.

They way you should try to cope with your severe anxiety disorder is to try to see the distinction between real threats and imaginative and exaggerated perceptions of danger. Accept that you can’t control everything and accept those dangers and threats that you are powerless in controlling.

Another key strategy is to start asking yourself the correct questions. Instead of thinking “what can go wrong at the party?” ask yourself “how can I challenge myself by going to the party and still have fun?”.

Don’t be afraid to challenge your thoughts by asking “Is this helping me or hindering me in my everyday life?”.

One of the greatest tips I have ever gotten when it comes to coping with my severe anxiety disorder is “You have to keep moving forward, no matter what, look ahead and keep moving”. This mindset has really helped me a lot of times when I was down and felt like giving up and surrendering to the severe anxiety disorder. Remember, you need to keep moving forward!

If you are 100% ready to change your life I can recommend the Linden Method, the only solution that actually cures everyone who follows the steps they give you- the only way to not get rid of your severe anxiety disorder is by not following the steps.
